Please review our return policy below.


1. Returns

Due to the personal nature of hair color products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unopened
• The seal must not be broken
• The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong shade, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.


5. Final Sale Items

Promotional bundles, discounted items, and limited releases may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.


6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute.
